You don't have to be a dog lover to be outraged.
Innocent people get shot down in the street and people don't get outraged.

I guess we can choose our outrage. This doesn't spark mine.

This isn't the first time it happened, either. I remember when I lived in San Jose, in a case of road rage some dude reached into a woman's window, grabbed her dog right off her lap, and threw it into freeway traffic. The dog didn't survive and I don't remember if the man was even caught.

yeah...i'm not going to click on to see that. just the description is enough for me to get the gist of the incident. don't need to see it!

sad that someone is sick enough to do something like that to an innocent dog.

What makes you think people are not outraged by senseless murder?

This thread isn't about that, it was about some a****** taking out his aggressions on a poor innocent animal.

Don't you know that you are only allowed to be outraged at one thing at a time?

It's never acceptable or justifiable to abuse animals. Those who do are vile and should be punished. And those who condone it and don't care aren't much better.

Because there is a point, whether trained or otherwise, that decides for some of us whether to engage and destroy.

To me, as special and as cherished as pets are, I am their mother, that point is still not activated.

It may be a fault but in the world of laws, there are levels where deadly force is authorized and where it is are.

And then there's chronic road rager, NFL's Dante Fowler who threw a man's bag of groceries into the drink. Bag contained the victim's booze ration for the week.

I remember this happening before, so much so I had to check the dates if this was a bumped thread.

Some people are a-holes or have mental problems. The end.
