Package thief slips right into some instant karma

Quote:
Security footage from a home in Snohomish County, Washington, on Friday shows a UPS delivery person dropping off some packages on the front porch. Just a few short moments later, a car stops in front of the home, and a woman gets out of the passenger side of the vehicle, and approaches the front door.

After scooping up three packages, the woman attempts to run back to the car, but slips on the grass, injuring her ankle in the process.

Serves her right. And I doubt that the package of medication she stole is going to help her ankle.

Got what she deserved. Next, she will try to sue the homeowner for slipping and hurting her ankle.

I was REALLY hoping the guy in the car would just take off and leave her there flopping around.

It looks like she tripped on a package she dropped.

One can only hope that the ankle was broken and the packages contained nothing even remotely useful to the thieves, nor easy to fence.

Karma, baby.

Please tell me they got caught. I would hope they could blow up the license plate. I think people who commit this crime are truly disgusting.

Bear traps. That's what we need to implement in the war against package thieves. Bear traps.

What do they do, follow the UPS trucks around, or something? What if the package contents are just books, and other stuff no one else would want? Do they throw that away?
