I am a big fan of William, Kate, their family, and the positive example they set and maintain. I wish them all the very best. Hopefully Harry and Meghan will be as happy as William and Kate apparently are. It's nice to see happy families, happy couples instead of the torturous example of mismatched and misguided people that was Charles and Diana - what a tragedy that was all the way around.

You do realize that a whopping fifty-two cents per annum per taxpayer goes to support the Royals, don't you?

They kind of remind me of George VI and Queen Elizabeth, before George V's death and Edward VIII's abdication, when they led a relatively carefree existence with their two little girls (Elizabeth and Margaret),

I always wondered, why do we in the United States care so much about a family that has nothing to do with us here in the USA. What is the draw to the British Royalty? From where I am sitting the Queen does not have any real power.

Exactly and why I think the Queen has done such a marvellous job. when she wasnt born to it.. She has put her family and her own life on the back burner for her vocation as Queen and hasnt she done her job well....

So pleased that the baby is healthy. Blessings to this charming family! Charlotte is going to enjoy being the little princess.

Neet? (if Monty Python isn't considered improper)

The traditions...the romance...the history. Ours are being "rewritten".
