No need to sue the parents, as the parents had nothing to do with this or were the ones that jumped the kid. Simply lock the child up for a mandatory 5yrs and that will send message.

Kids today are trained by public schools to do NOTHING.

It's part of the antibullying, zero tolerance 'education' where a kid who defends himself or defends others will get in as much trouble as the bully.

You can thank every parent who supported these horrific policies.

So even if he stole something that is justification of getting beaten by 4 kids? What an odd society you must live in. No, if he stole something you get it back or get police involved. Beating on someone is never a real answer. Hope the kids get jail time as they deserve it regardless of what the other kid did. We need to become civilized and use the LAW.

Well, there's a weird generalization. I raised one. She's smart and self-supporting and doesn't beat up her friends.

I think in this case went beyond a school yard fight kids ganging up on one and kicks to the head when he was down.

But... why not just fight one on one then? Getting jumped is an act of cowards. All of those boys are cowards. Book em.....
