I bet he is going to be a former FBI agent soon if he's not already.

When I first saw the video on FB, I thought it was in a foreign country

The whole thing looked surreal and dangerous

I fully support our right to carry, but with that comes RESPONSIBILITY. If and do stupid things like drunken back flips in a crowd while packing a loaded revolver in your pants, you should go to jail when you shoot someone by mistake.

This is so wrong. Anyone other than an FBI man would have immediately been arrested and charged.

Nah. This is today's "Anything Goes" FBI...working hard to lose the respect of the American people one sordid incident at a time.

One big problem I have is that the gun went off and obviously hit someone and all he could do is smile and put his hands up. He didn't even rush over to the person that was hit.

In banking we could be fired for simply doing anything that 'gave the appearance of wrongdoing'.

This agent did even worse; he gave the appearance of stupidity and irresponsibility.

He should be terminated immediately, whether charged with anything or not.

J. Edgar is rolling over in his grave!

That's a tough one. If he'd moved quickly in an direction after the gun went off, people would respond to the situation as if it had been the start of another mass shooting. Smiling and putting his hands up was a way to signal that this wasn't the case.
