That’s completely irrelevant to the point being made by Sundaydrive00.

The logical corollary to that statement is “don’t attack a man if you can’t handle the consequences.”

Would you or Sundaydrive00 be saying that to her if the guy had knocked her out for attacking him from behind?

I maintain that she was incredibly lucky.

So you're actually referring to him as a possible milquetoast because he didn't knock her out? SMH.

A girl grabs him behind and throws him to the ground, while he does nothing to resist nor defend himself. Milquetoast seems like a perfectly appropriate adjective, but feel free to choose a different one that would be more to your liking.

Ah yes, she is one lucky woman. She was grabbed on the butt by a customer. I bet all of the other waitresses were jealous.

Actually he is lucky that her bf, husband, or some bouncer didn't inflict more damage.

As it stands he was not physically hurt. Just his pride and now whatever consequences he has with respect to his family and the law.

You're talking like this guy was a completely innocent party, walking along minding his own business. He wasn't.

I'm pretty sure he knew he had just battered her. If he thought what he did was okay he'd have stuck around to talk to the girl. After all, he was just flirting right? But no, he did a drive-by grope getting out of there as fast as possible. He probably didn't resist or defend at first because he was not expecting her to do anything but blush, and after he found himself on the floor he had had time to realise that he was in the wrong.

When I first saw this I thought it might be a setup between the two of them. But after his arrest I guess it is legit. This is considered a high misdemeanor for a first offence in Georgia.

I don't see how its irrelevant. She only went after him because he grabbed her ass. It was his actions that caused it, why should he take it any further by knocking her out?

More likely, he thought he could get away with his actions without any consequences. He was taken by surprise when the server didn't just go along with his sexual assault (sexual battery).

But of course you would think a man would have to either be drunk or milquetoast to be taken down by a "girl".

The implication that it would make someone "less of a man" for declining to knock out a server after committing sexual battery on her is quite odd.

May I inquire if you are of the camp team assault then? Trying to understand the mindset that this behavior of assault is somehow 'acceptable' ?

The moment she used bodily force she should accept her consequence as the laws do define her actions as assault.
