I know. Irritating.

CNN has it. Suspect in custody, he saw her running, ran with her, grabbed her, "blacked out (he says) and came to at the intersection where her remains were found."

Last name Rivera, 24 years old, I didn't catch the first name.

The poor girl.....R.I.P.

I'm of the opinion that the homeowner who provided the surveillance footage to law enforcement which led them directly to the killer yesterday.... who than led them to her body .....should be awarded the full amount of reward money.

According to news, Mr. Rivera led police to her body.

So it's not like this is going to be a difficult case to prove.

Yeah, he's clearly already setting up for an insanity or some other mitigating defense here with the "blacked out" nonsense. He's been charged with 1st degree murder, he and his lawyer will just work on getting that down to second degree or even lower. Hopefully it doesn't work, but that's what they'll do.

No, there's nothing about him there. Who knows of its even the same person, or just some guy who happens to have the same name. Wont stop people from sharing in verified information though.

If you go through his friends list, he has a lot of friends in Iowa, some attending University of Iowa.

Kind of an unusual middle name, too. Odd you'd find two guys named that same name with friends who are currently at University of Iowa.

I think they said the suspect had been in the local area for seven or eight years. Like I said I can't access that page, but from what I can see, that guy is currently in Mexico and has been all his life.
