Weinstein can afford the best representation. He's not losing sleep over it.
I'm not worried about Weinstein. I'm concerned about the precedent this sets for others.
Noble claims he "coerced her with talk of a potential movie role for her". That is not coercion. It's persuasion. This suggests that all the other people who actually engaged in consensual sex for a movie role, or some other benefit, were also sexually assaulted or trafficked.

Commercial Sex Act Law and Legal Definition. ... Trafficking Victims Protection, the term commercial sex act means “any sex act on account of which anything of value is given to or received by any person.”
What is the Trafficking Victims Protection Act? www.govtrack.uswww.govtrack.us
[i]The Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA) of 2000 as amended, is arguably the most important anti-trafficking law ever passed. The TVPA and its subsequent reauthorizations, define a human trafficking victim as a person induced to perform labor or a commercial sex act through force, fraud, or coercion.
The Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2013 (TVPRA 2013), which was passed as an amendment to the Violence Against Women Act, establishes and strengthens programs to ensure that U.S. citizens do not purchase products made by victims of human trafficking, and to prevent child marriage.
A typical sex trafficking case is someone who lures underage girls on the promise of a green card and locking them up in a basement and forcing them to have sex for money," Kupferstein said in a statement at the time.https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.cnn...ing/index.html
