I saw this on the news last night. The police are still investigating. The child was 20 months old, and they can be a hand-full at the age. I wonder if she snapped. It wasn’t known who the child's parents were. What a sick and horrific thing to do!

I can almost guarantee you that wasn't the first time that helpless child suffered abuse. But sadly, it was most assuredly the last. I'm heart sick just thinking about it.

Yeah I’m sure more will be known when the investigation is complete. I just can’t believe that would go from loving grandmother to murdering your grandchild.
How does any human being do that to another? I hope that baby was dead prior to being shoved into the hot oven. What a monster. "Mental illness" doesn't explain that horror. Only demonic does.

I don't like to wish death on anyone but in this case, the grandma deserves the same fate she doled out to her granddaughter - stab her and lock her in a hot oven!
I just came here to say, after reading the title I can't bring myself too go any further. I'll have nightmares. Unless the kid is a mouthy teenager, there's no excuse, and even then it's pretty horrible.
Not much to say about this except that Grannie has forfeited her right to live. IMO.
When you cross the line and descend to this level of evil, there’s no rehabilitation or therapy gonna bring you back.
