At least the assistant no longer works at the school according to a Washington Post article. But it does seem that the information on that assistant has been very limited.
Yes, it's one of those basically non-news (except to the 100 or so people directly concerned) items that goes out as about 2/3 of a complete story, with significant pieces missing, and is never updated.

I don't understand how this could have happened!!! If anyone has used Pine Sol...it has a strong smell...
Pine Sol is fairly similar to a product called Dettol in the UK, and there is no way you could mistake the smell for apple juice.
Clorox is called Domestos in the UK, Tylenol is Paracetamol and I could go on and on.
