No one noticed even the slightest change in this female's figure, weight.... anything during AM/PM care, bathing, changing or whatever.

Hope this woman's family sues the pants off this place. The funds can then be used to provide financial security for the wee tyke.
Not to mention, noticing she stopped having periods for months.

The last time I heard of a nursing home rape the man was found not guilty/reason of insanity.

May not be a male employee.

These LTC/nursing home or whatever places take in all sorts nowadays to make money. As such you have a *very* mixed population.

Wow, that's disgusting. They should DNA test all of the male staff. And, after reading the above, all of the male patients as well.

There's no probable cause to DNA test the entire male staff.

And, no-- a pregnant patient is not probable cause for a warrant.

Here's the local case I was referring to. The victim died a year later, and the child was raised by her family.

The rapist, who claimed he'd "artificially inseminated" the woman, hoping to bring her out of the coma, had a history of sexual offenses, and even posed as a sex therapist. He was found guilty, sentenced to up to 25 years, and released after 16--then back in prison for violating parole.

Yes, some nursing homes have predators working for them. And, as a poster noted, some are even residents. How horrific for the families, too.

There is plenty of probable cause. This was rape, which is a crime.

They should do a DNA test on every male worker (nurse, aide, etc.) who came in that woman's room about 9 months prior. These places also have cameras and they can pull that information too.

But seriously for min, what type of sick human does this crap?
