Life sentence? WTH? I suppose some fool actually believes this monster can be reahabilitated as well? If I said what I really thought should happen to this animal I’m pretty sure I’d be banned.
Illinois did away with the death sentence in 2011, so life in prison is the strongest sentence available.

He is the type that would have beaten this kid to death over anything I'm sure. Just happens to be a video game that set off this set of circumstances. Hopefully he gets beaten to death over a peanut butter sandwich in prison.
The mother wasn't home when it happened. The boyfriend is the one who claimed her injuries were from falling. If my child was severely injured, I would just want to get them to the hospital as quickly as possible. Afterwards would be the time to start asking questions about what exactly happened, especially once you're at the hospital and realize just how bad the child has been injured.
It does not seem like the mother is being charged for anything, so I'm not sure why everyone is wanting to put blame on the mother instead of the POS who actually killed the child.
NO ONE is wanting to blame the mother! Sheesh! But if the mother was pregnant at 14 or younger (btw, we don't know who the father is, either), it might mean she, too, was abused. Maybe she was raped. Maybe not. EXCU-U-USE US for caring about the mother!

When you tolerate 3rd world culture, you're going to get that kind of behavior from time to time.
3rd-world culture? Do you mean, like, the welfare moms living in shacks in Appalachia? The trailer park parents getting high, while their kids run amok? I'm not sure what you're referring to.

Huh? You claim there is too little information, and now you are wanting to claim the mother was raped at 14. Where did you come up with that? Where did you find the mothers age? I didn't see that in any of the articles.
