I came across a car at a motel once, taking up two spaces in a crowded lot, with the vanity plate of "B HOLE". I assume "A HOLE" was already taken.....

I read an article once about vanity plates where a clerk was saying that a guy came in and wanted his plate to say "4NICK8". He was turned down and he argued that he was just honoring his brother Nick who had bought a 4-wheel drive 8-cylinder truck. The clerk told him to come back when Nick traded that in on a 2-wheel drive rice burner.

I actually know a person whose first initial and last name is B Hole. I doubt she ever tried for that personalized license plate.

I dont understand why they believe someone may be offended by that on a license plate?

Besides that, its not really their place to make that call anyway, they are not the 'morality authority'...if somebody wants to pay extra for a dumb name on their plate...take their money and process the plate, Jeez. LOL

It's funny how they are so concerned with what we put on our license plates but then anybody can stick bumper stickers on their cars that say anything in the world.

I knew a guy from Europe that drove a Rolls Royce with his name on the plate. It was a distinctive name so there probably wasn't another one in the area (not like Smith, Jones, etc).

I wouldn't do it but that is just me......

I worked with a guy named Raul, told him he would sell more if he was Paul, just knock the bottom off the R! We called him Paul for a few weeks!

Some people aren't bright enough to figure it out either.........
