You’re certainly right on the Common Travel Agreement, meaning Irish citizens have right of access to U.K. Tom, and if they have a U.K. address, and have been living in U.K. for a period of time, they can vote here too.
Even if and when U.K. quits the E.U., they’ll still be able to flock here unhindered.
I’ll agree with you about the thousands of them being here for generations too, still speaking in Irish accents.
But I wish to Christ that they weren’t, I thoroughly despise them, they give good Irish families a bad name, and we have hundreds of nice Irish people here, but the tinker/travellers are a plague on the landscape.
I’m no angel, but in common with a whole slew of my countrymen, I’m amazed at what this filth are allowed to get away with, you would think that law enforcement doesn’t exist in U.K., at least where they’re concerned.
