We seem to be seeing these sorts of public displays of aggression more and more these days.
And these people most assuredly know that they will be filmed, either by cameras within the premises, or the general public with their cell phones.
My guess is that this is just an extension of how narcissist of a society we have become. Instead of handling matters like rational adults, people would rather just scream and rant and act like petulant kids.
People who don't admit they're sick will never call a doctor. The same goes for the Entitled Class. If they don't admit how wrong they are, they'll never change and they'll continue to blame the rest of us for not catering to their every need. This woman felt justified in busting out the windows. She didn't care about cameras.
What can we do about people like this other than lock them up after they destroyed property? Their children will just carry on in their absence. It's what they're being taught.
About her getting that bat so quickly, the only thing I can think of is that she had it in her car.
One of the reports identified her as a "pregnant woman," though that's hard to tell from the video. That could have been an observation from the owner of the establishment, since the customer spent time screaming at her before leaving to get the bat.

Why have the coppers not identified and arrested her yet? She's clearly off the ranch and with a hair-trigger temper + destructive device, eventually someone will get hurt.
They need Embassy Class tint in their new windows, and I'd put up WANTED posters to find someone to ID her. She will do well in jail, a good place to work out her frustrations.
She's the last person I'd want pizzed at me, so good luck on anyone stepping up to turn her in to the police. Nobody gonna rat on a Sister with a swing like that....
