Yeah really. How do the cops know that the money he used to buy the cookies was not from selling drugs?

I think we need to put a 5 day waiting period on buying cookies so a back ground check can be done on the purchaser. At the very least they should have to show a photo ID and sign a pledge that they are not criminals.

What is CNN's point for running this story? Is it to make us feel sorry for him... to forget his involvement in the drug culture just because he's kind to Girl Scouts?

I'm sure whatever it is, CNN will soon turn it into an anti-Trump bash. Just wait.

An indictment issued last week says McGowan, also known as "Fat," is one of several suspects in an ongoing drug investigation
I can guess why they call him that.

It’s 2 separate events. If the cookies were used in a drug ring that would have been a relevant update.

Now anyone who has any kind of skeleton in the closet will think twice about doing anything nice that could trigger publicity.

of course no one realises this, but the girl scouts were helping him sell drugs in cookie boxes, then sold out their compatriot at the last minute.

honestly, those cookies arent any good anymore. i remember when they were delicious, now even the cereal is better. samoas were my favourite, i can make cookies that taste better than those. theyre more like soft, chewy plastic now. little brownie bakers: if yours arent as bad as the ones from abc, you really need to shut them down.

Drug culture, gun culture, rape culture.

Who ever said Americans have no culture?

The girl scouts were part of the sting operation to bust drug dealers and black market cookie buyers.
