Her conduct is so detestable there is no legal answer for the way their parents must feel.

There exists no law that could act as a salve for the emotional trauma the parents must feel. The parents would not be morally wrong to cut that woman's head off and stick it on a fence.

As it stands right now, there is no law that state such a "person" should be incarcerated until their 60th birthday or the onset of a crippling condition. The laws, as currently enforced, would let her back out in less than 3 years.

...before anybody says "oh but violence isn't- No. Stop. In fact, don't even start.

When it comes to a bouncer sized "female" who thinks it's ok to throw a toddler on the ground like a bag of rice, and then bow up at the kid after? Violence IS the answer!

I wouldn't leave my child with that Beast of the Forest in the first place. One quick look warns me she's a few cans short of a six-pack. Is mama not guilty of something? That's her child!

I hate daycare centers. Stay home and raise your children... or don't produce them until you can.

Statistically you're better off in a daycare where there are other witnesses (and this one did have a clear video camera) than you are hiring someone to come into your own home where there aren't other adults and children around who could witness this obvious abuse.

The children in the classroom look old enough to have told their parents what happened and another adult could reasonably have walked in at that moment or other moments where this was happening.

I wonder if the daycare is now reviewing footage from her classroom to see what other incidents happened.

If Mom was watching her own kid, this may have been less likely to happen.

I remember when my first child was born and my employer was begging me to come back to work. I toured every day care center in the area, including the priciest ones. That is when I made my decision to stay home with the kids. I understand some don’t have this choice. For whatever reason, I’ve always had a really hard time trusting anyone else with my kids. I never even used babysitters (just family occasionally) or vacationed/traveled without my kids. This story is what I feared - that poor child and parents.

That's exactly right! -Either parent's presence would have probably been better for the child's sake.
