I've gotten several Amazon packages I didn't order (at first I checked my CC and Amazon account to verify they were not on there and they never were). I've noticed a pattern though. They are always addressed to my wife but the delivery address is a non-existant street number between our's and our nextdoor neighbor's.

Not anymore. Amazon changed that. You have to actually purchase the product on Amazon (verified purchase) in order to write a review. Oh, you can attempt to write one and submit it, but it will ultimately be rejected by Amazon.

Unless, of course, Amazon changed it back again to their original idea where everyone could write a review.

I'm ready to be sent free stuff.

Why would they even have the option to write a review if it's just going to be rejected? That makes no sense.

So it would be like ordering a box of dildos and a Pinnochio video to be delivered to:

I agree. It's a complete waste of time. Maybe it was an initial glitch that Amazon has corrected. I haven't tried to write a review since they implemented that annoying rule. But like I said, maybe they changed it back to the way it was... the way it should be.

Their hires are not delivery people, but are lazy people wanting a fast dollar. I do not trust them so I do not order from the internet unless its USPS. The USPS knows how to use a map.
What difference does it make? If you don't get what you ordered, you just contact Amazon and they issue a refund or send out a new product. Outside of a minute amount of time, no skin off your teeth.

Amazon will not let me leave any reviews, apparently I offended some liberal store and that is that. I still buy some things from Amazon but I go other places first.
