I think those of us trying to figure out to get free cars and tax refund check need to consider what happens if the mailman puts someone else's bills in our mailbox. Don't we have to pay those bills now?

No, those are truly unsolicited. The tv was bought and paid for by someone in OPs local delivery area, it just got delivered to wrong house.
