That was an interesting read. Seems to me the water authority should be investigated and fined for turning off this guy's water supply. Something is very wrong.

I even considered that maybe he was selling jugs of "spring water" to people, but even that wouldn't account for the loss.

And if there's is no evidence of flooding, which there isn't, how can this guy be held accountable like that? It's a serious thing to shut off his water.

Got money from a lawsuit. Won't pay his property taxes. Now filing for government disability.
