That kind of reasoning lol
I suppose if they give you brain damage it's better than if they cut off your head.

Or it's all bad.

Don`t know what the big deal is. Most men are circumcised at birth. Then again I don`t own the junk.

Most of the accounts--no, make that all of the accounts--that I've read of men who have had to be circumcised for medical reasons in adulthood conclude that there was no reduction in sexual pleasure after the circumcision.

Still, the negligence of performing such an operation when it was not intended is inexcusable.

There were a couple of similar incidents here in the United States maybe twenty years ago, and people were (rightly) horrified. It subsequently developed that it was hard for the doctor to tell the difference because both lower extremities were in very bad shape because of the diabetes. No excuse, but not as unimaginable as was originally thought.

For a long time, elementary precautions were not taken in hospitals against these kinds of screw ups. Elementary precautions were things like writing on the leg that you intended to operate on or amputate. Or paint the leg a certain color. This kind of a thing was just waiting to happen. Now, they are more cautious, but only because of our liability system.

Circumcision is not nearly as common in the UK as it is in the US. It's more the exception than the rule.

lol - you go first

And holding up VA healthcare as a model of excellence it beyond laughable.
