It's hilarious that a) people thought the pickle burger was really going to be added to the menu and b) people were mad that it was a joke because they were really looking forward to trying it!
I have a feeling it's possible to get one by customizing a Big Mac.
The problem now days is corporate management has done such dumb things, these are perfectly believable. I don't even blink at corporate dumbness anymore.
Well I don't blink at consumer dumbness. Who could believe an all pickle sandwich is serious? I saw the photo and laughed. Regardless why would this anger anyone?
I grew up on olive loaf. It's delicious, unless you don't like green olives.
Oh I’m SURE it is. I could eat a jar of green olives in one sitting (let’s not discuss whether or not this has happened in the past)
It just looks weird.
Who'd have thought mixing fish bait with rice and calling it sushi would sell?
Not exactly. There are lox and bagels which share some similarities to sushi. And if McDonalds introduced McSushi it would not as odd as a pickle only sandwich. So your analogy did not work, sorry.
Hell, their old burgers angers me. If I must go, I usually get the chicken fakenuggets or a sausage biscuit.
