Hell, he's filthy rich. No designated driver was necessary - he could have had a limousine and a driver on standby all night, and the cost would have been a fraction of the interest his fortune earned during the few hours he was getting tanked. Or he could have called a limo and offered a bonus if they were there post-haste. They would have been.

But he chose to put the public at risk.

I have no use for drunk driving, but it's even more inexcusable when it's someone rich who easily had the means to not drive and still get home (and in comfort).

He is notoriously cheap and has a history of impulsive bad decisions......this, like the cheating is probably just the tip of the iceberg!
