They're speculating that he somehow came off a fishing boat. He's a lucky dog. Looks really good, too, by the time he got fed and bathed.

Ashore and in good health, luckiest dog on Earth. The luck just might rub off.

Yep. They need to take him along and go buy a lottery ticket.

Seriously though, I'm so glad that poor dog was saved. Makes my day.

Boonrod is a lucky dog
who fell from a fishing boat
From there it was quite a slog
He swam for something afloat

His long swim had worn him out
He was just about to drown
Some oil men saw his snout
and saved him from going down.

I'm so happy that they were able to save him. That first picture of him is heartbreaking.

Off the Thai Coast? He was just being marinated, and slipped away.

One lucky puppy.

I love dogs .My last four have come from Animal Welfare. I find that place distressing, as I usually want to take about six home with me. ; Last four: German Shepherd, Toy poodle/terrier cross ,a Pit Bull, now a Jack Russell, easily the most energetic and smartest of the lot.
