ETA: I think the guy lost his shoes during the fight, it looks like he was wearing them in the beginning? I also think he looks too clean to be homeless, but who knows. They were probably just both super drunk.

LOL. Yep, that seedy side of downtown on Orange. Hence why I assume alcohol and/or drugs was involved.
Im surprised a squad car didnt come and haul them both off for disorderly conduct!! (Or something)
There was a cop there... He didn't seem overly concerned with the situation.
