They said it took 5 minutes to actually kill her. So the baby was probably without oxygen for 5-10 minutes which caused the brain damage. These are the worst murders and they will get 2 counts when the baby dies
True. Dumb a$$es didn't consider the lack of O2....
Yep I read this and told my wife no more Facebook marketplace no more local classifieds. We'll donate our stuff before trying to get a few $1's or try to get a good deal on something. All it takes is one crazy and you're toast.

Hope lots of cd users see your post and agree. Certainly not worth a few bucks saved....
you just can't know ahead of time and frankly it's a scary world and now fraught with dangerous odd balls, cons, killers.

It wasn't facebook marketplace, it was a facebook group according to the article in the 1st post which I have below. We have one for my town. People are always posting asking for baby clothes

Prosecutors accused mother and daughter Figueroa of premeditated murder, luring the pregnant 19-year-old to their home through a Facebook chat group with the promise of free children's clothes.

The baby is reportedly in grave condition with brain damage. The daughter passed off the baby as hers, claiming she gave birth at home. Then she created a gofundme page.
I will never understand why people do this; especially stupid people like this mother/ daughter. Didn't they realize there was a lot of evidence on facebook and messenger plus whoever she told before she went there?
I wish we had an eye for an eye in cases like these.

That's very true. That mother (the baby's mother--the teen--yes, I'm getting everyone mixed up) just wanted some free clothing for her baby.
And how chilling, the way she was enticed on that FB page: Who is due in May? Where is [sic] the May mamas at? That poor kid was probably so happy. What a nightmare it turned out to be.

None of the semantics matter just don’t meet up with strangers.
Thanks for posting it. I wish I could say what I really feel. Most would be blanked out.
She was a beautiful girl. She was very radiant in her wedding photo. I'm thankful she got to experience her wedding day and the birth of a child before her life was taken.
