What a cruel and horrendous thing to do. I'm SO glad she was caught on video and that the homeless man just happened to hear them and took them to safety.

They have removed her other (30!!!) dogs from her home. This makes me wonder how many other litters she's discarded to die and wasn't caught.

I hope they throw her ass in jail and that she can't own even a goldfish after this despicable act.

KABC-TV reports that authorities believe the three-day-old terrier mix pups might not have survived the day’s 90-degree heat if they hadn’t been found within an hour of being dumped.

She was cruel and heartless. Glad they caught her. Hope the laws are strong enough for her to get some real punishment.

And yet she "must have" or feels she must "save" 30 dogs! Hope the homeless guy gets a very big break because of his kindness.

I'm so glad those puppies were found. What a horrible way to die. How does someone do that to little defenseless animals? They feel pain and panic just like we do. I have no doubt she's done this before.

Release the marijuana users from our jails and fill them with people like her.

This one is a winner. Check out her Faceboook profile pic.

Some poor woman shares her name and has been harassed and posted this profile pic with NOT ME next to it.

An article with more pics and info.

Glad the dogs were rescued, now how about some large fines and a long jail sentence for this evil skank.

Now that the other dogs have been impounded I wonder if the veterinarian can reunite the seven puppies with their mother. That is, of course, if the mother was among the 38 dogs impounded and if the mother's health checks out okay for that sort of thing to happen. I admit I don't know if that is feasible.

I'm so glad she was arrested and that the puppies were rescued. Our second cat was found as a kitten in a paper bag in a dumpster with the rest of her litter. but she was the only survivor. I always felt that was what made her such a feisty cat, because she literally had to fight to live. People who discard animals like garbage are monsters, IMO.
