If it turns out he od'd on flakka, how about this for a punishment - put him on a plane, fly over China since that's where flakka comes from, and shove him out the door at 30k feet?

No, you don't shoot a crazy, naked, unarmed person. The situation may be difficult, but you shouldn't have to shoot them.

The police would have a very hard time saying they thought the suspect had a hidden gun. If a person is naked you can see what weapons that they may have.
