That white powdery substance was meth. Several baggies of it. And a broken pipe found in the car. And the child is 21. Pretty sure the 21 yr. old isn't being breast fed.

I did not have your new evidence on which to convict, so I did not rule her guilty. Even then, none of the infractions you list make her a public danger, with the possible exception of meth use. Arguably, no insurance violates a public trust that I am not at uncompensated risk.
