I agree with you on that. But it was a bar after all, where alcohol is served, and good judgment often goes out the window. Mr Tovar is lucky the perp was didn't think he was worth the price of a bullet.

I dated a guy that cool once. We're still friends and he's still that chill. I feel very safe going anywhere with him. He's a well-trained marine, so that could be part of it.
