This has to be the strangest thing I have ever heard of the woman says she was trying to retrieve her dog.

Hey Lady!!!
That Camel is just not that into you.

Time to roam other pastures, plenty of domesticated animals to choose from.

It makes sense... the lady is from Florida.

Poor camel. He was minding his own business and then he was molested. I hope he recovers ok.

I have so many questions. Truck stop petting zoo? Camel sat on her? Crawling into the zoo enclosure to get her wayward dog? Bit his testicles?

Dang florida woman...youve been almost as busy as florida man

A petting zoo at a truck stop?!

This is a strange story, but it boils down to another irresponsible dog owner not properly securing their dog.

I had heard about this story the other day.

The lady and her husband are truck drivers. They stopped at the truck stop to stretch their legs, etc. They let their very old dog out to do his business. They did NOT have the dog on a leash.

The dog is deaf as a door nail. Dog takes off, and ends up in the camel's enclosure. Mr. and Mrs. are screaming their fool lungs out at the dog, and resort to throwing treats at the dog, who's in the enclosure, hoping to lure the dog out. It didn't work.

Mrs. Ballbiter climbs in to enclosure to try and grab/entice the dog to her. Camel comes along and sits on her. She bites camel.

She also had Florida man with her. He initiated the incident by apparently throwing dog treats under the fence because he says "He wasn't thinking."

Here is another article with more details. https://www.washingtonpost.com/natio...esticles-bite/
