I liked him when he was running for office, I think he did as well as anyone could as president, and I have great respect for the decent way he has lived his life. Wouldn't it be great if we had someone like that now, waiting in the wings to become president. The world needs more great human beings like Jimmy Carter.

You are entitled to your opinion, of course, but he is very, very far from being the worst POTUS in modern history. And however much you dislike him, at least he was and remains an honest and decent human being.

In fact, he is my favorite POTUS since Theodore Roosevelt.
