Any bicycle riders? I need help finding a storage celing hoist for my bike in the garage. The problem is that those that I've seen so far are for 12-14 feet tall ceilings. My home is elevated so the garage's ceiling is very high - close to 20'. I thought of getting a standing bike rack or a hook but that won't leave too much room for walking around the car comfortably (my garage is not too deep). If you know if a storage unit that you think may help, please let me know the place I should go. Thanks!

Have you also considered this option: Rubbermaid FastTrack® Horizontal Bike Hook - FG5E03FTSNCKL at The Home Depot

That's what I'm considering for my bike...

Yes, we've seen similar vertical and horizontal options. One of my bikes doesn't have that 2nd bar (Raleigh comfort) so it would be hard...and also heavy to carry to store or take down. The other two have them and I think this may work. It looks like this one from Rubbermaid has great reviews so I will definitely keep in mind if we decide on this option. Thank you!

For your Raleigh to work, you can get an adaptor bar like this:
Walmart.com: Allen Bicycle Adaptor Bar: Bikes & Riding Toys

My mom has a bike similar to yours and I got the adaptor to be able to haul the bike on a hitch rack, but we also use the adaptor bar for storing it.

How about this?

Bike Hoist Deluxe - Indoor Storage

sounds like the pulley system would work for your high ceilings...
