The DFW area is a cycling mecca, clubs and racing teams all over. Dallas usually ranks as one of the worst cities for cycling, but "they" forgot to inform the all cyclists.

Just as a side note, the first African-American to achieve "world champion" status in any sport was Major Taylor for bike racing on a velodrome.
