Default Wednesday's "Happy September" exercise thread

sorry guys really late start

wow can you believe it today is the first day of September

Where did July & August go

lol I just wish the heat would of gone with them

Not sure if I am going to be "treading on the mill" today
My left knee is sore it feels "tight" when I bend it and seems a little swollen it started Monday night so I am wondering if I did something to it while mowing

Todays adventures will include out once again looking at mattresses
as much as I like the really fluffy pillowtop ones I worry about the top flattening

so we shall see what I find

Good morning, all.

Had coffee in the pool this morning, but I think that's about as exciting as it's going to get today. DH got some new meds from the dr. and I don't think they're agreeing with him, so he's lying down right now. Me, I have the headache from H*ll, so I don't feel like doing much myself. I've taken allergy pill, sinus pill and ibuprofen. It feels like a lack of caffeine headache, but I KNOW I didn't mess up and accidentally drink decaf again. Oh, well.

I'll drop by later. Have a great day.

We're finally cooling down here. The heat doesn't bother me as much as the humidity.

Karla, sounds like you need to rest that knee instead of exercising. Try doing some light stretches for a day or two, and see how it feels then.

My son started his first day of middle school. Needless to say, I had the rough night of clock watching with butterflies, and he slept like a log! I can't wait for him to come home and tell me every detail.

Vaccuming and dusting is my exercise for today. I also need to go to the store for some groceries. Last week I actually drove to the vet clinic and back. Hubster was in the truck with me to be on the safe side. I'm hoping by next week I can drive short distances on my own. As long as my destination doesn't involve a lot of walking, etc., I should be ok.

Hope everyone has a wonderful day!

Well, today I did a short cardio scult workout and then a really tough upper body one, one I did a couple days ago, holy moly it kicks my behind.

Now it's time to go do a few things. It's supposed to get downright chilly this weekend, with a high Saturday of 67!!! We were maybe going to go on a short boat ride to lunch somewhere, oh well.

Happy Wednesday all.

Hey peeps!

Shadow & I went for a quick walk this morning, then spent an hour at the dog park this afternoon.

We are getting ready to list the house. I was telling my friend in IN and she told me that the house across the street from the farm is about to be for rent. The man is hesitating because of the bad tenant that just moved out. She is going to see if he will hold it for me! Whooo hoo! How awesome would it be to live across the street from both my horse and my best friend?
