Busy day ahead the lawn guy is coming to fertilize our yard & CD yard around 8
Then I have a ton of project work to do with the bank closed over the weekend and on Monday I have 3 days of deposits to reconcile plus last weeks report to verify
Today is also new school year planning day I am meeting with the woman I will be teaching with I love working with her she runs the program and worked with her the year before last
I also found out we will be back in my favorite teacher class
This teacher is amazing he really gets involved with what we are teaching and carries it to his other 4th graders
Hopefully once I get all that done I will be able to head outside for some pitchfork exercises
Shadow went running with DH this morning. That meant I got to stay in my bathrobe & snuggle with Tippy Toes while I drank tea in peace. We will hit the beach this afternoon.
I am having an interesting day at the office.........

Hi, guys.
DH had an early dr's appt. this morning, so I convinced him to take me to breakfast. Ran some errands and we're back. I'm tired and have a big ol' red blister on my pinky toe because I wasn't planning on going all over Ft. Myers to look for ANOTHER milkweed plant with DH so I wore a pair of sandals I don't usually wear. I swear, this guy will be the death of me yet.
I am really dragging a$$ today, since we had a little middle of the night rendezvous out to the boat and back. All day long the water was at 13 (inches? whatever) then suddenly last night it started dropping fast. When it got to 5.7, I had to wake up dh and tell him, he went from deep sleep to let's GO in record time. Went out there--it's a 45 minute drive ONE WAY, at 1:30 in the morning, re-tied the line, got home, went to bed some time after 3. That water level fell to .6 overnight, now it is up to 16. It's crazy. Who knows what's going to happen tonight.
edit to add that I did the workout I did yesterday again today. My knees seem to be staging some sort of protest.

Had a quiet Labor weekend, but have been feeling a little under the weather for the last couple of days. Hopefully it'll pass and I get get back on the road.
I think that your feeling under the weather goes with what your body has been through Sue! I hope you begin to feel better soooon!
Karla, did they mattress guy take the bed back? Only reason I ask is one of the women I used to work with had problems returning a mattress under the same type of deal, they had to go over sales person head, course we all know you won't let that discourage you
Well Bob finally has dates down, and we will be leaving in probably 3 weeks. He told them he was available October 4th and that is pushing it for us to finish packing, find temp living and move. Oh and I have to give my notice tomorrow, wondering what days to ask for off between now and then (my day's off will not roll into a check for me I have to use them). Lots to do

Pattie did you finally find milkweed I saw some at Home depot the other day
I am so excited !! I finally have tons of "cats" on my milkweed one was 1/8" I love watching them munch away and get bigger
I have also been seeing a bunch more Monarchs I wonder if these are some that started the migration to mexico early
Fuzzy is there someone at the marina you can pay to re-tie the line ? Do his buddys take turns running out there. I can imagine what a pita going out there in the middle of the night can be

Now that school has started your son could be bringing home other kids germs
My MIL thinks that was the cause ofher bug being back among the masses of kids after having the summer off
I think I am going to start taking either that airborne or the other cold prevention thingy since we start next week at school and not being around kids I don't build up immunity

How many days off do you have to use? Will they fly you up again to find a place ?
I did get a call form the manager at the mattress store he said come on in to swap
I was there a really long time of course he kept saying I should go with the Tempur-Pedic
but it is not soft enough for me and I dont want to spend an additional $900
The one mattress I would consider was $300 more
Sigh I just wish they would give me my money back
I am so frustrated that I told hubby " I am tempted to say the hell with it and give this one to your mom who needs a new bed" or even ask if they will let me trade this one for 2 for her 1 for her & one for her guestroom to replace the waterbed mattress they removed
It could be her Christmas & birthday present
I learned a very important & expensive lesson Do not buy from a place that does not do refunds !!!!
