Good morning! My right foot hurts so I don't know if I should go jog today. It's happened before and just goes away after I start jogging/moving around but I've been up 1.5 hours now and it still feels funny. I'll give it 30 more minutes!
NMS - where in northern NY are you at? Man, you guys got hit hard this year with snow! We left in January just before all that mess started - Albany to Phoenix - and I never looked back! Now though I'm dying in the heat!
NMS - lol, yes, I guess we were!! Actually, we lived in Ballston Lake, about 20 MIN from Saratoga Springs. I will tell you one thing though, I will absolutely miss the fall season in upstate. I lived in TX all my life before moving to NY and all we had were summer and a semi-winter. My first fall in NY was the best - I LOVED the turning of the leaves. It was breaktaking! I also loved apple picking. I had the best apples ever living up there!
Karla, please get better! Ear problems are incredible irritating (speaking from own experience) and I wouldn't wish it on anyone!

foma, Saratoga Springs is beautiful. It is gorgeous country up here. However, I hate autumn! Most people think I'm crazy, but when I see all the leaves turning, it means everything is dying and winter is on its way. Now what I'll miss is Spring. We have the most gorgeous flowering trees on our property - crab apples, black cherries, lilacs, etc. THAT is beautiful!
Oooh black chrries YUM! Well, just finished mine, kind of got interrupted when my little pretty angel kitty decided to lie down while I was starting to do crunches, and use my arm for her pillow!! You know, the soft flabby upper arm! Well, it's not that bad! Hope you all have a good day-or a better day, as the case may be.
