Thursday's "Inspection Day" exercise thread
Morning ladies
Happy Thursday
Wow is it me or did this week fly by
Today is inspection at CD's house they moved it to 3 pm so the buyers could be there. I am going to stop over to meet the Agent and to show the inspector the paperwork showing that the roof is brand new.
rofl though we all know the main reason is so I can meet the buyers
My morning plans are to hit the treadmill get my deposits & invoices recorded for work then go pick up the plaque and Fedex it out
I am going to stop by CD on the way to put a new filter in the AC that way if the old one is dirty the inspector won't say "well maybe the AC needs a cleanout" They are going VA and I heard the VA inspectors are really picky
I also have to do some hand watering since we have had no rain
What are you fine ladies up to today ?
p.s. I saw on Sue's FB that she was down at her sisters and was
"Looking forward to getting on the gallops and watching the horses schooling... good photo op"

Morning all!
Up and getting ready to hit the road again, I just hope that there is little or no ice. Evey posted our weather yesterday and it looks like this afternoon and tonight is going to be bad. The funny thing is I don't mind snow, but I hate ice and that is what we keep getting hit with.
I'm going to get back on the exercise wagon today with a work out with Denise. I'll post after I do that.
Have to make a decision about work, I just gave up a temporary position in Auburn because I am working. With the cost of gas rising and the wear and tear on my car driving 48 miles a day I am going to have to think about this situation instead of ignoring it.
Gotta get, have a great day all.
Oh Karla good luck on the inspection. VA is not too bad the people who bought my first house went VA and they were petty but I was selling a very old house. I'm sure that all will come out fine today, his house is newer right?

Sandy & our northern ladies be careful with the coming ma nature crap
I would make a pros & cons list for your current job then ask yourself is the wear & tear on the car and (from what you have told us about your boss) on you worth it ?
His house is 7 or 8 year old I know it was built after ours which was 9 years ago

The only pro I can think of is the money
It's light out now and my car is, once again, covered in ice. This should be a fun trip to work, hopefully the road crews have already been out on the x-way!

Money is good; peace of mind and happiness are better.
Good morning, all.
DH had a dr's appt. first thing, so my exercise today will be to finish power washing the sidewalk and driveway when he gets back (I can't start the washer myself). I think that'll do.
Karla, how exciting that the sale is moving forward. Good luck on the inspection. Good idea to change the filter - it's the little things that point towards bigger ones.
It sounds like Sue's having a great time. Thanks for sharing her post with us. Do you know when she comes back?
Gotta run. Catch y'all later.

I don't know what it is, Karla, but it doesn't feel good when it hits your big toe, that's for sure. Oh, wait...the manual's right here on the desk - 2450 psi, 6.75 HP. Stupid thing keeps cutting out on me, so I think my PW for today is done. It's a bummer. We have 2/3 of the driveway done and it looks stupid with the last 1/3 not done. DH is going to play with it some more, once it cools down. He thinks it's a clogged gas issue.

Morning peeps!
Shadow has been out making friends this morning. She finally got to meet the HUGE blonde lab that lives up the hill. The only times we have seen him out have been on days when it was just too cold & gross to want to stop (well, for the people involved). He was out with his mother this morning so we stopped to chat. They both took off after the same squirrel and occupied themselves for a while.
We will be heading to see the cookie ladies here in a few minutes. Our forecast here, depending on which source, is anywhere from 3"-12" of snow plus another 1"-3" of sleet or ice. I want to be off the road before that crap starts, although it is supposed to rain first and then change over later.
Our horse show that was supposed to happen a couple of weeks ago was rescheduled for this weekend. Fingers crossed that we don't get hammered by another ugly storm so that people & horses can actually get here......

Morning ladies.
Pattie, how's your neighbor friend, the one doing treatment?
Nice weather today but a bit windy.
I'm in the mood to paint but probably not a good idea when trying to sell the house. Wish spring were here now to bring people to see our place.

Hello everyone!!!
England is beautiful and sunny today. It really feels like spring.
Enjoyed a long walk with my sister and her three dogs this afternoon, and got some beautiful photos of the village. Hopefully tomorrow I will get up on the gallops (where they train the racehorses), and will get some photos. It is an absolutely amazing experience. This trip is just what the doctor ordered. My lungs are really opening up and I'm feeling a lot better. It is wonderful seeing my family again, but I miss my hubster and son so much.
Anyhoo, I'm doing a lot of walking and have done quite a bit of shopping! It's a good job I have that second case!
Hope everyone is doing well.
