I have lost in my hips and abs and have tightened my legs. I think it is the cycling. I am hoping the cycling and body pump(the squats and lunges) will give me some in the back end. I mean we are talking nothing. lol I can't wear those pants that ride on your hips because there is no tush to hold them up so they are constantly falling down.
sunnyhelena any of the machines that give you a chest press type of action will help in that area. you can also ask one of the trainers at the gym to show you the different chest presses with free weights. Butterflies presses will also work this area.
