Lol Karla and Lisa, at SS Kim was asked if she was in a gay marriage (because of Jesses' name), and they also asked her religion and race. She responded that Jesse was indeed a man, but she did not want to answer any personal questions!
I know about the ID thing, DMV sent me home with a full page of items they will accept for my change of address/state when I get my MI license.

This year for the first time, I saw yellow begonias, and they look really cool! I think yellow really makes things pop in the garden, even though I don't like some yellow plants like daffodils or forsythia.
Got 2 more celosias from menards yesterday in big pots and they are gorgeous!!! Need one more tho! They had them 3 for 9.99 in gallon pots [i think] big and some are a magenta color and yellow and orange in the pots, some more a straight red with yellow ones. They're just flourishing, the ones I got yesterday are even bigger than the one I got a couple weeks ago--even tho I repotted mine in some pretty 'hot' soil.
I almost got a kindle for my mil for Christmas but found out you have to buy the books. But, THEN I found out our library has downloadable books you can get so, who knows, maybe this year!

Lisa - thanks for the info on the "one time online" DL renewal I am going to see if that will work
oh lol the reason I want to learn to weld is to make really cool garden sculptures
Sandy - I often run into funny looks because hubby name can be used for either
The good thing about having a neutral name is I can handle the stuff in his name because when I give his name they assume it is mine
Connie I love celosias !! especially the magenta ones. Thats a great price for such big plants
I finally got to try my Kindle yesterday
I was doubtful at first being such a book nut but I will say it makes reading so much easier. Especially for those 3 or 4 hour reading stretches
