I'll ask him. It was inside somewhere, so it wasn't super hot. And usually he's very conscious of keeping hydrated, but I'll see, and see also if maybe he hadn't eaten yet. I don't know when he did it, what time of day. He said it's like when you get off a trampoline...like that feeling is fresh in my mind!
They have a PT test coming up over there, which to me is a bunch of BS. They work 12+ hour days at a 'desk' or wherever else on that base and go to their little semi-trailers to live their lives. PT test my a$$.
Connie I would think that depending upon how long he was on the treadmill any amount of simple things would have been the fault. Ddhydratation and blood sugar pop up at the top of the list, and if they live in little semi-trailers those things can't be as cool inside as our houses in the summer with air. I would imagine that the livable temperature over there is much higher than ours in the states.
