Yuck- Raining cats & dogs in Central New Jersey.

Does anyone else feel "Achy" in the rain? My lower back aches, my neck and my ankles. Lest we forget that major pain in the asss !! LOL...

OK - Just back from Kickboxing class & HAD to share this one...........

I hit that bag with my backhand so hard that people were looking around to see WHO was making that LOUD WAAPPPPP WAPPPP noise !!!!!

Holy cannoli- I was dripping sweat tonight. Damn it felt good. I think I'm high.

Quick, someone get me my old Grateful Dead tapes !!! LOL

*Did I mention that I made such a moist carrot cake this afternoon? The cream cheese frosting had tiny chopped walnuts in it too. Yum. One small sliver was MINE !!!!

I haven't exercised yet, but I will be doing sit-ups and arms tonight.

I'm so jealous of you all enjoying the rain and seasons changing! It's still in triple digits over here!
