I am almost packed I checked the temps and the highs are 50 lows mid 30's lol brrrr
Going to pack my sneakers the property is 100 acres so I can do some walking with my older brothers dogs
They are doing an addition on the house so don't know if the exercise room is available
I forgot I will be in cheesesteak & diner land so I don't want to get back any of the weight I lost
I will be checking to see what adventures you all are up to

Morning peeps!
Karla, go give 'em h e l l!
Currently 31 degrees with thick frost here, on the way to the low 60's this afternoon.
Shadow & I have been doing much exploring of the fields that surround our house now that the crops have all been harvested. Lots of moles & other interesting smells. Poor Tippy Toes is so confused, she no longer has rows to hide behind.
Gotta get to work. Have a great day everyone!

Lol I love TT Evey, she is so unusual! Did you thank her for your presents?
Karla be safe and talk to them in your oh so special way! We will be thinking of you and your brother. Meanwhile enjoy your visit, I know you have not seen them in a while, and enjoy that "yard"! Hummmm one cheesesteak won't hurt your weight if you walk a portion of that 100 acres.
We had lots of trick or treaters but not near as many as were roaming the neighborhood. We are off a main road and I think lots of kids stuck to the main road and also in the richer part of the subdivision by the big lake. They are known over there to pass out large chocolate candy bars, while we had small nonchocolate candy over here. I had lots of beautiful and handsome doggies trick or treat too, one particular white dog, I think it was a smoyan (sp). She was beautiful and so well mannered and had a cute little doggie jacket with a hood on. Sigh I need to move into my own house so I can get another dog, it is time!
Going to walk as soon as the sun is beginning to come up and then I will finish cleaning, make pot roast in crock pot, finish the laundry, and bring my books back to the library. T and I have been reading The Vampire Diaries and the library never has the books, I am going to ask today and see if I can get our next two books held for us.
Gotta get for a while, bbl.

Good morning, all.
Safe and productive trip, Karla.
Hey, my scales were down 1 lb. this morning. Woohoo! I was so motivated I actually walked my 3 miles AND did 20 min. on weights. I also ramped up the weight on my leg presses and ankle thingies and re-arranged my program to confuse my muscles. I feel good (singing James Brown style).
DH was sore, so he stayed home this a.m.
Gotta run. We've been waiting for the first of the month to get our paycheck, so it's shopping day today! CYL

Good morning and Happy November.
Hope Karla has a successful trip.
Hi evey.
Sandy-Yum..pot roast. I'm waiting for a sale on the meat I use.
Try reserving your library books online. They will call you when they are ready to be picked up.
nms-Woo hoo on the one pound. Happy dance for you. Have fun shopping....I could use a few things
I'm headed out for my walk....and maybe jog. I really need to start some weight training of some sort.
Then hubby and I are taking my ring to the jewelers to have my ring resized. My fingers have not gotten better Oh well...life goes on, lol.

Alrighty then...
Today I just did a short upper body workout. Had a million kids here too, I don't know where they come from but they do NOT all live in this neighborhood! I actually ran out of candy, which only happened 1 other time and that was the first year we lived here.
Have a safe trip Karla, don't worry, we won't come hunting you down to see why you haven't started the tread yet!!! I hope you don't freeze too much.
Have a good day all.
