Pattie-It is so nice when someone realizes you lost weight and they tell you
OK the dog and I are back from our beauty day. I called for the pug to get a quote. She told me $12.00 for a bath. Ok...sounds good. I went into pick her up and she tells me $33.00 for the bath .....What???? I told her she said $12.00....and she says "oh I got confused" Yeah. seems like you wanted to see how stupid I was
Onto my hair....well it is interesting and it will take some time getting used to half my hair, lol. It is supposed to last 3-4 months.
Here are my before and after shots

Lisa your hair looks great is that the straightening thing they do?
OK weird question do you color you hair the reason I ask is my sister had hers done and when she went in to have the color done they had to do it a special way because the treatment seals the hair follicles

Wow you gals are chatty!
Sorry about the one closing Lisa, are they going to come up with some money so you can officially sell it to them? AND WOW on your hair, I am with Pattie is this a straightening method? Your hair is beautiful and so very thick!
Evey it seems our forecase may have changed (I have yet to read the local weather since I got home from work), they are saying now that we will be getting the snow, when I went into work they were saying nothing here. Oh well it has been a wonderful fall so who can complain. I will probably take that back the first time I have to drive to work in a white out or blizzard
Good deal on the car Karla! I have noted down the collection saying that you gave yesterday and will tell them word for word, right now I have to deal with Allstate though to get them to withdraw the bill but had planned on correspondence with collection company. So thanks for the advise.
Gotta get, laundry is going and I have to do some bill paying. BBL.

Karla-Yes, my hairdresser talked me onto trying a Keratin Treatment which is a straightening treatment. I did it mostly to get rid of the frizz.
I colored my hair last week. Yes the treatment does cover your hair but I think you can recolor after 2 weeks or so. See below
Q: Can I color my hair before I do the treatment?
A: Yes. We recommend you color the hair first. If done same day -no conditioner- after shampooing color out.
Q: Can I color my hair after the treatment?
A: Wait 2 weeks after Keratin treatment to apply any color. For hair with treatment in- use ammonia-free color.
Q: Can I apply bleach to my hair after the Keratin treatment?
A: No, do not apply bleach to Keratin treated hair. Bleach may be applied on re-growth only. All highlights are to be completed before Keratin treatment is applied.
Q: Can you do the treatment on top of relaxed hair?
A: Yes. You can do the treatment over any previously relaxed hair.
Q: Can you do the treatment on highlighted hair?
A: Yes. You can do the highlights first, and then do the treatment on unconditioned hair. On fine, hi-lift bleached hair lower heat when flat ironing.
Q: Can you do the treatment over previously chemically treated hair?
A: Yes. You can do the treatment over any chemically treated hair.
Ooh...cool on meeting your great nephew...so sweet.
Sandy-We will talk to the couple tonight. We will most likely extend their lease and close at a later date. We'll see.
Good luck with the weather.

Yes, this is a chatty group today.
Lisa, your hair looks terrific! Hmmm...maybe I should grow mine and have the treatment done. My hair tends to frizz, too. So, tell me...what did you pay? $12 or $33???
We used to go to a dentist that pulled that. How much for a cleaning? $36. Get there, next thing you know, I'm getting a flouride treatment that I never asked for and was never told I"d get (I"d never had one before). I got to the desk and they tell me $90. Uh, no..... you said $36 and here it is. I never got a bill for the difference...and we've never gone back to them, either.
Karla, congrats on meeting the newest family member.

LOL...thanks. My hair is like that from home dyeing on top of the gray and then being in the sunshine which turns it red and then a permanent medium brown all over color last week on top of my mess .
I couldn't match it if I tried
I don't even know what highlights and below lights are

Forgot to check in with my workout. I did the one 20 minute cardio/weights one that I'd been doing before the trip. First real one I've done in a while.
The dr did not know what to tell me, she's never heard of anything like this, so I have to go to an ENT--but she did prescribe some antibiotics, and man oh man, if there's any infection in me, these will kill it! I swear, those pills are the size of tootsie rolls!
We are experiencing some serious flooding here, have to check the forecast to see when it's going to end.
Today is mh's b-day, think I'll go bake some brownies and hope the captain calls!
