Me! Me! Oh, pick me!

Shadow & I went to the park this morning. Getting ready to get dressed for work, which I have now remembered why I don't like.

Funny, when I did office work before I had wicked acid reflux. I had no reflux while I was not working and wondering how I was going to pay the electric bill and buy groceries. I have been back in the office for 5 weeks and the reflux is back. *sighs* I wonder if it is better to be destitute and healthy than to be gainfully employed........

Evey, the word "gainfully" might not apply here! :-( Sorry you're not feeling so great.

Welcome back to the gym world, Karla.

Hubby and I went this morning and did about 35 minutes. I scrubbed both vehicles in 90 degree heat yesterday, took about 45 minutes. I think that counts as exercise, don't you?

Oh, and tornadoes struck in our area last night, one in Cape Coral (about 5 miles away from here) and in Ft. Myers Beach. Please, don't anyone tell my mother. She'll send somebody down to take me back home!

Have a great day, all.

Hi Karla, just so you know I did exercise two days last week and forgot to check in. I haven't been that bad!

Today I did a little cardio, arms, and abs.

My exercise today consisted of rushing through this strange course I'm attending with my son, then rushing back home, feeding the kid and putting him in his bed. While my dad watched the babyphone I did some grocery shopping with my mom.
The only not exhausting thing today was having coffee with a friend. Tomorrow will be as tightly scheduled - I'm already missing Billy Blanks!

Evening all,
Lunch work out today, and walk with Cassy tonight too. Now that the weather is getting cooler I don't mind taking her walking.

Evey, I had acid reflex in the 80's then when I divorced my husband it went away! I do believe that there may be something emotional in it.
