I am attending my 11 yr old next door neighbors school play
This is the kids I sit for occasionally.
I think it is a Seuss based play. His Mom said he doesn't know I am going and will be really excited.
I have some bills to pay today and may try the treadmill to see if it helps loosen up my upper back. I am still trying to figure out what I did to it. I don't remember lifting or twisting it
I need to get it better by tomorrow we are putting "fencing" around the school garden and will be painting the panels before putting them in.
It should look really good because we are using the primary colors
A local Bank put in a reading garden for the kids and used the same brightly colored panels which is where we got the idea
Maybe you need a massage? Or find a good stretching routine and see ifyou can work out the kinks--or there's always drugs! Anyway, that sounds like a fun project!
I just read that about the color wheel thing, it isn't ME that thinks I don't know how to pick out flowers, though... We did find some yellow begonias, which I've never seen before last year.
OK....my ham bone is simmering. We went to town and picked up 6 out of 10 batteries for our second solar set up, did the grocery shopping, and also went to the library. I picked up new to me authors thanks to you I have Greg Isles, Jonathan Kellerman, James Grippando(totally new), and a new James Patterson. That should do me for a week or so
I watched the beginning of Overbaord this morning while I was on the treadmill for an hour. The time went fast Any of you seen that? It's goofy but such a harmless movie...and I like Goldie and Kurt
I just finished--except for abotu 3 pages, the Greg Iles "Third Degree" and boy was it a good one! I used to read him and kind of forgot/forget when I go to the library. Definitely be checking out more--pun intended!
Today I did a pretty short upper-body sculpt one from Denise Austin, but I used heavier weights than usual for about 99% of it.
Gotta run, find some food! Have a good night everyone. I bet that school play will be so much fun!
I ended up making white bean and ham soup. It is really good I was going to make some homemade bread to go with it....but I scratched that since carbs and I don't get along so well
Connie-That's one of the books I got. I also got "Sleep No More"
I am so glad I went to the play. it was really cute and he did such a nice job.
There was cotton candy & popcorn so I felt like a kid again.
I have never seen yellow begonias so I googled them
Wow they are really nice the blossoms are so nice & big
I then thought hmmm they would look nice in this one bed but saw the "part sun /shade" I am lacking in those conditions
Karla, these are just regular begonias, not the nonstop ones--but I had some of those, they're beautiful, but the big beautiful blooms on mine seemed to be under the leaves, and so heavy that they kept falling off. There are double begonias too. They're pretty fragile, but the flowers look like roses and they come in yellow and coral colors, maybe others but I passed on them due to my previous bad luck.
