A couple of you suggested pictures from the what now shall be called the "purple ball class"
It got me thinking "How good do you look while exercising?"
Flashback to the 80's and remember how a lot of the women would go to aerobic class with full makeup along with their compete matching outfits.
I know when I walk in the morning I usually just throw on a t-shirt and shorts
Maybe it is because the classes I take at the gym are such "glow inducing" ones
I have found that the workout pants and tops do make it easier than the baggy t-shirt
But I couldn't imagine trying to have any kind of hair do or make-up
my biggest goal well other than trying to go in the same direction as everyone else is keeping my bangs out of my eyes
I use the sweatband method (really good for spinning class) and found these little tiny spring type clips for the up and twist bang method for the classes that aren't in the dark lol
So are you an "exercise do or don't" lol
Surprise it is still raining here so not sure on the walk with lola
Its butterfly garden day today the kids are going to do the "thank you hugs" we will be sending them to my co-teachers step son who is in Iraq
His unit works with the big transport aircraft so I think I will have the kids do planes with butterflies on them
yes I will take pictures
It never occurred to me to care what I look like if I am going to be doing a lot of moving around & sweating. I try to make sure there are no holes in my clothes, that's about as far as I am willing to go. I don't own make up, and my hair is almost always in a ponytail.
Shadow & I have dodged the raindrops this morning. Hmmmmm, wonder why my dog has 2 raincoats but I don't even have one???
lol evey I save the shirts with holes for yardwork
rofl you should see my "mow the lawn" outfit complete with garden clogs and socks !!!
shadow has a raincoat !!! we need pictures
hmm I wonder if Lola would like a raincoat
I wanted to buy her a halloween costume I saw a really cute lobster one but hubby said she wouldn't keep it on that or she would try to chew it
I think she would love to dress up like a lobster hmmm I see a trip to target
Location: Finally made it to Florida and lovin' every minute!

Lola the Lobster! That's precious!
You guys are kidding, right? I roll out of bed, brush my teeth and throw on my exercise clothes. Shorts this time of year, with either a top w/sports bra in it or a baggy t. I wear the longer, yoga-style pants in the "cooler" weather. The stretchy clothes are easier to work out in, I find.
I wanted to do the bike thing today, but it looks like we're going to have one of those humid, rainy days all day. Besides, I shouldn't be on the 'puter, I should be doing housework that wasn't done the past couple of days because I was too lazy.
Some do look better than others. I have grown to hate the baggy cotton tshirt. #1 because of the sweaty clingy thing, #2 is if you do yoga or pilates ar anything that requires you to bend over the big baggy (sweaty)tshirt is falls up around your neck and leaves your belly hanging out for all to see. I have one cotton sports bra that actually creaks when I move. It sounds like an old tire swing from the back yard that is about to give under the load. I am a huge fan of all the cool wicking fabrics available, just wish they didn't show off all my bulges. I wear a bandana on my head, makes me look like a biker chick....hey wait, I am a biker chick.
We have our bathing suits on when we do the range of motion class. We either look good or comical, because everybody keeps looking through the glass from the hallway at us. Our instructor says we look like we are doing water ballet. Everybody together now, sway those arms, left and right!
Just finished mine; from what I can glimpse of myself while I am exercising, well, it's a good thing nobody [and I mean NObody] can see me!!! Gravity, ya' know...
Here is the only pic I have of her in her raincoat. Her daddy has one that looks just like this, and they are so cute together......
