Oh yeah, Karla posed a question....I was wrapped up in my little drama....
I am just like you. I need a group to finish. That's why I like classes and a club with a full schedule. It's good to get up and look at the schedule...what should I do today? Spinning, kick boxing, yoga....hmmmm.
I loath walking around my neighborhood. Everyone does the lawn inspection and comments on your new blinds etc..."my you have a lot of cars in the drive way", yeah I have 3 teenage boys, it looks like a used car lot somedays. (OK, I am still a little bucky)
I live half a block from the bike trail. I like that...I can put on MILES and see all sorts of scenery. But I need to make dates. I ride bike 8 miles to my husbands shop and make him buy me breakfast, then make a 10 mile loop home.

No execrcise except for a little walk at lunch.

When I do yoga and pilates I'm usually alone. Anything else is a probably a group effort. I do like to do yoga and pilates with someone but they have to spend the night cause I do them first thing in the morning. (Wait... I do them first thing in morning doesn't sound quite right.) I do yoga and pilates first thing in the morning (Wait, unless someone is around... nevermind...)

I'm the group type. Well that is I'm the instructor and the group has to follow. So basically no excuse helps I just have to do the work-out. But with my baby son I don't do it regularly. When I start work next year again and as soon as my evening studies are finished (also next year) I will do it regularly again. Now I'm on and off with the group activity that's why I also do some exercises at home while watching TV. I don't need anybody then.

Had my water aerobics yesterday. Well basically it's the baby swimming course but it's more exercise for me and fun for him.
