Remember chocolate calories do not count today !!!

Do you have any special plans ?

Hubby and I decided to put off going out for dinner till this weekend so my back will feel better

Today is going to be a rainy Girls Day with my friend up the street
Yay we have been trying to have girls day for 3 weeks
lol I am not about to let a sore back or a little rain stop me
I am just slow in getting up but once I do as long as I walk slow I am ok

Not sure where we are going but I am thinking the outlet mall

Chiro doc said I can do light walking but no jogging so where better to walk that the outside outlet mall
Especially since it is a little south of us so out of the rain area

What ever your Valentine plans may they be wonderful !!!!!

Hello Karla. I was in the middle of posting when mh called to say he was getting off work, this was before lunch. So, I hurried to do a DA one, but he came home when I was about 1/2 done, and that was that.

Another joyous Valentine's day around here.

It's interesting that chiropractors are considered specialists on your insurance. I didn't even know if they were covered at all by medical insurance.

Hope you start feeling better soon!

Evening ladies.

Karla we are seeing that with the Insurance Companies up here too. Big deductable that must be met, unless it is with your primary care physician. Insurance is getting to be horrible, large deductable and less coverage. A person can't afford to get sick anylonger unless you have a large bank account.

Ask your Chiro about how low they can have your office visits, when we first moved back to MI our insurance did not cover chiro care and Bob just payed $30. a visit (of course we are still paying on the bill!).

More snow tonight, hopefully the roads won't get too bad. We had warm weather the last few days, and today was rain so most of the snow on the ground is gone. But shock, our weather guy is predicting a big storm for late next week. Hope he is wrong, I am ready for Spring.

Sandy
With this policy change the deductible must be met including the primary care
well except the annual wellness exam and if they run bloodwork and you go in to review the bloodwork then you have to pay the contracted price for the visit if your deductible isnt met

the "interesting thing I found out is the codes they use determines the cost of the visit the longer the visit the more it costs and if you go in for one thing and ask about another its a separate charge no wonder people dont want to go to the Dr when something is minor

ok rant over

Girls day was fun we went tot he coach outlet and I got a new wallet

we ordered pizza for dinner because with my back not 100% I didn't feel like sitting in a restaurant
