Sorry to hear the nasty cold has taken a hold of you. Just relax and get yourself better.
Once the hubster wakes up we're all going for a walk around the neighborhood. Then I'm painting the basement ... yes more paint! The highlight will be making Halloween candy with my son

Have a wonderful day everyone and get better soon Karla.

Dang Karla, hope you get better really soon.

We are heading out to chase critters in the park. Not sure what else is on the table for today, it is our anniversary.

Will post pics of the party here later on, have to find the camera.

O.K., here are some pics from last night. Lighting was not good, so some of them are not the best quality. When I get the ones from the real camera I will have some better.

Raggedy Anne is my friend who helps me make costumes. This year we did the southern belle, confederate soldier, and raggedy Anne & Andy.

Karla, I hope you feel better. You have to feel good for my b'day party!

Evey, the costumes were great! I'm impressed.

Tet, what kind of candy are you making?? Maybe I'll come knocking on your door!

We just ran around, buying stuff - groceries and stuff from BJ's. Now, where to put it all? I'd like to hit the pool today. It's the nicest day we've had in a week.

Happy Sunday, all.

Oh boy, it's yard work time again, wrestling around great big limbs/branches, feeding them into this wood chipper-which is one scary, wicked piece of equipment. Fortunately I suddenly saw smoke coming out of it, and due to a broken fan belt, I get a break! So...I am putting my time to good use! Happy Anniversary Evey! Feel better, karla-2 1/2 books in one day? Were they that GOOD or that thin? Oh, I would also like to know -tet, what kind of candy do you make? And, nomoresnow-here it is almost November and you're going to the pool-what a difference a year makes!

Good grief Charlie Brown-we filled up the entire bed of a dump truck with wood chips from our back yard-man what a job!!! Well, they started out as big limbs and branches, then zzeeeooowwwwwwwww<<<<<<<<<<<<<outta that chipper comes chips! Did a couple hours of raking after my king of unfinished projects declared he was done for the day. Heck with gold stars and gold bars, ought to get a gold medal for that job!
